I'm using 5.5.2 on OS 10.3.9 and I get this wierd messgae trying to load this image map for a surface style:
Followed by another dialogue with ID 23162 Every single JPEG on my computer refuses to load. I tried saving via Photoshop CS2 w/o success. PNGs and TIFFs load fine. What's wrong? P.S. Could the forum please have a button that generates the code for file/image attachments? |

Roman, JPG files have to be saved as Baseline ("Standard") in the formatting options (Photoshop). Does this help you? Roger |

Roman, As Roger notes, the solution is indicated in the error message. Save your file out of Photoshop again and choose Baseline (Standard) Format. ZWebTech Support |

Roman Also as u are on mac u can use a app called graphic converter, with this u can batch convert all your files, alternatively u can set a script for photoshop to batch convert. May save u a lot of time. Martin |
