I am rendering a image over my network. One of the clients is rendering fine and the other client is rendering but is showing that is off line. Is there a way to get it connected back to the render server without losing the information it is working on? The connect button on the client offline is active but does not connect to the server after it is pressed.

This issue may resolve itself if you wait or it may not. You can try a couple of things to see if you can get it to reconnect:
- Go to the settings and add the server into the list again and set this new entry as active, and see if it connects this way.
- Try quitting the client. It should ask you to send the partially completed job back.
- Try Pausing the Job from the Server. This will request that all Clients send their work back. Then, once all Clients have reconnected, you can Resume the rendering and the work will again be distributed to all of the Clients.
If the client still doesn't reconnect you can reset everything as follows (This will cause you to loose the portion the client is currently is working on)
- Quit the Render Client and delete the autodessys folder on this computer (On Mac Home \ Library \ Preferences, and on PC C:\Documents and settings \ [user] \ Application Data). Now relaunch the Render Client.
Does this resolve the problem?
