I've had to dig up an old model to make changes and do some additional work. I'd like parts of the new model to include the old rendered without textures. So I used the override in Layers (I don't want to actually change the textures). The model parts in question are in a layer group with setting as shown below. Problem is some parts are being textured (see arrows). I even have textures turned off in renderzone settings...

Des,

Layer Overrides will override the Object Attributes, but it will not override Face Attributes if they exist. Thus you will need to use the Color tool with the Clear Color option to get rid of these Face colors.

We have a suggestion on our list to allow these overrides to override face colors as well...
