Hi there,i got a new record: 3 minutes to crash fresh install of v7 build8558. Went smooth through copying and registration under admin-account Mac OSX 10.7.4, Test-start of app does work. Switched back to my work-(standard)account: launching app produces immediately crash.
Should go for the olympics…

So what i see is: wrong or not sufficient user rights i.e. plugin-folder has only read-access. Corrected with adminrights the whole app-directory to rw-access for standard-user + everyone and this stuff will launch…

I've yet seen that years ago…

Dietrich,

We are not sure why you would not have read access for the Plugins folder, but glad that restoring this has fixed the problem for you.
