Hi,

I get this message:

The number of computers running with this serial number has exceeded the number of licenses

I have my license installed in 2 computers, one mac and one windows. But on the windows computer Ive installed both 32 and 64 bit due to collada export/import.

I just run one license at a time.

I need to fix this and cant wait until tomorrow.

You should be able to do that. Try again, does it now register properly?

Unless fmz changed it was based on a dongle. As long as the dongle was on computer you can run the program. Of coarse if a dongle was removed fmz would quit.
Would be interested if protocol was changed?

Sorry to hear that you had an error registering. If you try again as Robert suggests, does it now register properly for you?

formZ 7 no longer requires the key, and a single user license allows you to install on any 2 computers and use one at a time...

Im still having this problem. Unable to use Formz since yesterday. Im afraid I cant trust this licencing method. Regards.

So far, on Win64. Not enough test on the Mac though... The program stays working for a while and, after a few minutes, it displays that message.

We have reset our records so that the next 2 computers on which you run / register formZ should work properly. Please give this a try and let us know if you have any further issues.

Thanks, everything seems to be fine now. But, Im concerned if It can happen aganin on a weekend or late at night when needing to accomplish some deadline...
