I have an object imported from Sketchup that has face normals pointing in opposing directions. Some of the normals point into the object. I can't seem to find a simple way to just reverse the normals on those faces. Choosing the reverse tool only seems to work at the oblect level.

Is thre a way to just reverse individual faces?

Thanks,

Douglas

Douglas,

If there is a single object (and not Group or Component) you should select the "bad" faces and UnStitch them. Then you can Stitch them back into place, and they should all orient themselves to the correct direction.

Does this work for you?

I was hoping there was an even easier way, but this will indeed do the trick

Thanks,
