Would it make more sense to have tools named by their primary function first and then type of tool? This would allow better alphabetical order while accessing tool from the favorite tools alphabetical list.
For example all the Sweep commands would be found under the letter 'S', Stair tools would all be under 'S', Text tools would all be under 'T' etc...
This might cause confusion for those who know the tool names quite well by now, but seems a more logical setup.
Just a thought...curious to see what people think
or maybe there is an option to have them listed like this in the favorite tools...

Thanks for considering!
This is by no means hindering my work, but this thought has crossed my mind while searching for specific tools. Sort of how the 'Animate' tools list out nicely.

I have been stymied searching for tools in the alphabetical list because of this.

It would be great if ADS's system instead used an adaptive abbreviation search, like that used in Launchbar (which is --still-- the best thing since sliced bread).

I would just like to start typing the actual name of the tool I'm looking for, and not having to remember some special short combination. Spotlite-style.
Perhaps add typical alternate names for tools, or common miss-spellings in the database. Let us slow thinkers reach tools fast
